How do I lock the booth with Event Mode?

Open your event and tap Event Mode. Confetto locks into a fullscreen kiosk loop so guests can take photos but can't exit the booth or reach anything else on your device. To unlock, use the exit gesture and confirm with your Face ID or passcode.

How do I print the photo strips?

Strips render as a classic 2×6 layout, two-up on 4×6 photo paper with cut lines — print straight to any AirPrint photo printer, or save to Photos and print at a pharmacy or photo kiosk as a standard 4×6.

Does Confetto need internet at the venue?

No. The booth camera, templates, strips, galleries, and printing all work offline. Only the AI background studio needs a connection — generate your backdrops at home before the event if the venue signal is poor.

My AI background won't generate

Background generation needs an internet connection and an active Premium subscription. Check both, then try a shorter, more concrete prompt (for example, "string lights over a garden at dusk").

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Confetto. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Settings inside the app → Restore Purchases (make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID).

Where are my photos stored?

On your device, in per-event galleries. There are no accounts and no cloud uploads — see the Privacy Policy for the full picture. Deleting an event removes its photos from Confetto.
