These terms govern your use of the Confetto iOS application provided by Lionary LLC. By using Confetto you agree to them, along with Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
What Confetto is
Confetto turns your iPhone or iPad into a photo booth for weddings, birthdays, and parties: a countdown camera, photo strip layouts, an Event Mode kiosk, per-event galleries, and an optional AI background studio.
Subscriptions
- Confetto Premium unlocks premium features via auto-renewing subscription: $14.99/week or $99.99/year.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region.
Your photos and your guests
Photos taken with Confetto are stored on your device and belong to you. You are responsible for the photos you and your guests capture, and for obtaining any permissions needed before printing or sharing photos of others.
AI-generated backgrounds
Backdrops produced by the AI background studio are generated from your text prompts. Don't use prompts or generated imagery in a way that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
Acceptable use
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the app or its services.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lionary LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app — including missed shots, print quality, or device availability at your event. Keep your device charged; we can't be liable for a dead battery at midnight.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
